S-BOX BATCHER

S-BOX batcher has been projected to cut aluminium in a safe way allowing to make inert potentially explosive powder arising from the cutting process.

Easy to install, S-BOX batcher is a compact unit (70 x 70 x 2000 mm). Positioned between cutting machine and powder batcher, S-BOX executes the inerting substance dosage during the fluid passage (composed of fumes, powder and sucked air) coming from the cutting machine and going to the final filter.

The system consists of:

-          Device for inerting substance automatic dosage;

-          Device for inerting substance level control;

-          Integrated control switchboard for process management.

Among the main advantages we can mention:

-          It allows to cut aluminium preserving work place safety;

-          It is necessary to installa n ATEX filter with considerable savings in the initial investment.
