T/OIL SERIES

T-OIL series pockets filters are high efficiency compact filtering units projected for neat and emulsionated oil mist exhaustion and for fumes coming from operations with metals and lubro-refrigerant liquid. They can be installed in centralized or semi-centralized plants.

Oil mist is captured directly from the machine in operation and then sent to the pre-decantation gravitational system, where, thanks to speed change, a first separation of the air from the particles with polluted substance occurs.

Then the airflow crosses through long life and easy to be maintained metallic pre-filters: they can be easily regenerated by washing them when necessary.

During last phase, the airflow crosses through filtering pockets with a high filtering surface granting a high filtration efficiency and a reduced pressure drop. This circumstance allows both saving on energy costs and a system longer life.

All T-OIL series models are equipped with a device indicating the filtering unit (pocket) clogging. This device allows to easily schedule a maintenance operations program.

Contaminated substances are stored in a collecting hopper and evacuated by a discharge pipe.
