CUT suction table is a solid modular structure and has been projected after an accurate study of the problems connected to sheets thermal cutting. CUT 2200 MA has been dimensioned to support in continuous a 1000 kg/m.
The support sheet plates can be removed one by one and they are conceived to offer to the sheet a linear and solid support without any kind of negative interference with cutting operations and swarfs elimination. Worn down plates can be easily replaced without need of regulating and setting up the top of the table or the cutting system.
In the table interior, flared shaped tanks (to facilitate the emptying) for dust and swarfs collecting are placed. They are equipped with hooks for lifting.
The suction tunnel is placed in the middle of the table. Through an automatic systems it symmetrically opens and closes the suction openings on both sides. The system operates taking into account the position of the pantograph heads which, advancing along the longitudinal axis, controls the specific sector opening.
This system, activated by a mechanical sliding device connected to the machine, allows to suck only in the zone where the torch is working optimizing the aspiration.
Moreover, being the tunnel in the middle of the table, the air flow is perfectly divided increasing therefore the system suction efficiency from outside towards inside. Thanks to this technical solution the suction system is granted also when only an 80% of the area is covered by sheet.
The table subdivision elements, with a 700 mm pitch, has been projected to act as a support and to be connected to the suction modules creating therefore an extremely strong structure.
